 Cancellation Before Shipping:

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 3–7 business days.

 Cancellation After Shipping:

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• In such cases, you can wait for the product to be delivered and then request a return as per our [Return Policy].

 Refund for Cancelled Orders:

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no payment is required if cancelled before shipping.

 Important Notes:

• Some customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock products, payment issues, or inaccurate address details. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
